Do you ship world wide?   Yes we ship worldwide.

Where do you ship from? We ship from U.S. Due to high demand we occasionally ship from Hong Kong. 

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards ( VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX) and Paypal payments.

When will my order be processed? All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed durning holiday's or sale season. 

Can I change or cancel my order? As we aim to process our orders as fast as possible. You must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All request after the 12 hours will be denied. You can return the item after it is received. 

How long will it take to get my order? Due to high demand it will take between 1-3 weeks to receive the order.

What if the item(s) I received are incorrect, damaged, defected? 

Please contact us if you received a package that is damaged, incorrect or defective. If you paid by credit / debit card, Refunds will be reflected back in your bank within 7-10 business days from date the refund/cancellation was made. 

If you haven't received a return yet here is what to do. Contact the credit / debit card bank company. It may take some time for your bank to release the funds to your account.
